Clothing manufacturing
Les Ateliers BS have manufactured clothing for high-end ready-to-wear brands for thirty years. You send us your styles, tech packs and fabrics: we handle cutting, sewing, finishing and quality control, all the way to shipping.
Our six workshops sit within one kilometre of each other in La Soukra, north of Tunis. Being this close lets us follow every order closely and ship three weeks after the first sample is approved.
Cut-make-trim or finished product, small run or larger production: we organise the work around your collection, with one contact from the first conversation to delivery.
What our manufacturing covers

Cutting
Manual and automatic cutting, plus placement cutting for prints and the most demanding pattern matching.

Sewing
Teams trained on delicate materials: silk, guipure lace, fluid fabrics, woven fabrics, leather and pleats.

Quality control
A checklist for each style, agreed with you on the first sample, and a quality system certified ISO 9001:2015.

Capacity
Six workshops, plus a network of qualified subcontractors to absorb production peaks.
Your questions
What is the difference between cut-make-trim and full package?
With cut-make-trim, you supply the materials and we make the garments. With full package, we also buy the materials, from the suppliers you have approved.
What do you need to send a quote?
The tech pack or a sample, the materials, quantities per style and your timeline. We get back to you within 48 hours.
Why produce in Tunisia rather than in Asia?
Proximity: about two hours' flight from Paris or Milan, samples that arrive fast, shorter lead times, smaller runs and a trade agreement with the European Union.
